The ancient masters taught their students to be ever watchful. This meant paying attention to the various emotions and attitudes that they were exposed to or experienced throughout the day. As they did this, they could then determine which chakra center(s) was most likely to be unbalanced. They would then take extra care to balance those centers at the end of the day. In this manner, the imbalance did not have a chance to accumulate, ultimately causing or aggravating a physical problem. We can do the same thing.
